I’am trying to veiw pictures of realestate for sale by all realestate offices on line with out being bothered by agents in northern california chico north
if you only want just pictures, I would suggest getting a webfetcher programmed, but you are looking for listings. Agents are all not bad as long as you find the right one and you are clear about your request not to be bothered. if you start looking and find a home you like, it would be a lot better for you and your success at getting a home if you were building a relationship to a realtor. I would suggest getting an e-pro realtor and making sure they have access to client gateway or virtual office software. I’m a realtor in san diego. I set people up on an automated service that will get them links for exactly the kind of property they want in a personalized website. I check in with them and make sure they’re clear on things and answer questions for them once in a while. Some of the people on my service are just like you and I have them on the service and I only talked to them 3 or 4 times in the last 8 months. that’s the way they like it, that’s the way I will do it. The other good thing is that you will be able to see the homes if you like them and not have to talk with the listing agent(the agent that is selling the property). dealing directly with them to see a house can be very annoying. they will deffinitly try and sell you.
good luck,
amir
P.S. I can help find you some one in northern california if you like. just contact me and I will even tell them that you only want photos and you don’t want to be bothered unless you want to see a house etc.
Hi, i am a new agent in the state of california. I was wondering if anyone here can tell me how they started getting clients and how they became confident in talking with clients. I know one of the ways to get clients is to prospect, but which ways can you prospect. Thanks.
Business cards: Do you think you can "cut corners" and make a good impression with those thin, flat, lifeless, computer-generated cards?
PLEASE DO yourself a HUGE favor: Invest your time to sit down and properly design your business cards. If you aren’t sure, please go to a professional printer or graphic arts store and ask for help and guidance. Those folks should amaze you with ideas and concepts. In the long run, good, professionally printed business cards with raised lettering and features, go a long way to show others you care – about yourself, about your business and about your clients.
When you leave, your contacts and clients have two things:
1] Good, bad or indifferent – the impression you left.
2] Your business card.
Don’t you think it makes good sense to invest your money in a good, quality business card? Have your cards professionally printed.
Find an investment group – or two – or more with professional real estate investors. JOIN it/them &&&&&&&&&&&&& BE ACTIVE!!!! Get on committees, get to be known as a "can do" type of person. You should have fun [and Yes, some aggravation, too]. You should make some friends and begin building your client base. You should get leads! AND look how much time, money and aggravation you’ll save! LOTS!
Here are my suggestions to being successful on the job as well as being a successful person:
1] Having and keeping a positive mental attitude.
2] Integrity – being honest with one’s self as well as with and to all others. NO kickbacks or stealing.
This, above all else: “To thine own self, be true! And it must follow, as the night the day, Thou canst not then be false to any man.” William Shakespeare
3] Having an open mind.
4] The ability to learn from others AND teaching still others.
5] Having the ability to make decisions and/or decide AND STICKING with that decision. If and when someone asks “why?” a certain procedure was done a certain way, you must be able to fully explain your
reasoning behind that decision.
6] The ability to properly communicate: following directions and the orders others may give.
7] Cleanliness. Period.
8] Knowing what to do and how to do it.
9] Being part of the overall team. NO job is too small. When it means picking-up that mop [or cleaning the bathrooms and/or other menial tasks] to lend a hand, it happens – without complaining.
That absolutely horrible, miserable and selfish expression, “That‘s not my job.” DOES NOT exist.
9a] On occasion, staying over to help the folks following OR coming in earlier AND going to work to help the overall operation. AND THEN there‘s that expression:
"There is no "I" in "TEAM".
10] Doing the job at-hand to the best of your ability. When there are questions, asking the questions.
There’s no such thing as a stupid question. The ONLY stupid question is the question NOT asked.
11] Having a sense of humor.
12] Being kind and courteous to others.
As a footnote: AND STILL keep his/her wits about you – without “throwing”/having temper tantrums.
As a matter of fact: Isn’t it true any, many or all of the above can be divided into sub-categories?
As the saying goes, "Build a better mousetrap and the world will beat a path to your door."
What the saying doesn’t tell anyone or even mention is: YOU MUST get out there and let "the world" know about that better mousetrap!
Thanks for asking your Q! I enjoyed answering it!

I own a business and am trying to develop the property.
What is it you are asking specifically?
l watched the program on tv and he souned pretty good but am not really sure if what him and his student said are really true. cos they all testified to buying realestate with no money down. is that real or is it a scam.
sweetie, have you been living under a rock? pick up the business journal, or read any news, or watch any financial report. the market is dead and people are bankrupt for doing EXACTLY what the book urges.
how does and internet user find this listing
If you are searching for something in particular, search on yahoo for the item in quotations.
i.e. "real estate" "1171662422" "12666"
Good luck!
Had accepted an offer to purchase on my home all conditions of sale were met and I recieved notice that the buyer no longer wishes to buy my house 4 business days before closing.no reasons given at this time. I have invested between 3 and 4 thousand dollars to meet buyers conditions what are my options?
I hope your contract had a good deal of money put down on it becuase you will probably be entitled to it. I have a bad feeling that if you put 3 to 4K into ‘meeting the buyer’s conditions’ that the buyer didn’t put a lot of money down in which case even if you sue, your chances of getting anything back are slim.
Talk with a lawyer to discuss your options. If there is some money down DO NOT sign a release of funds back to the buyer until you speak with a lawyer.

It does vary from state to state, but generally you just take your pre-license course, pass the exam, pay all the fees, and you are in! I will say that it takes money to make money in this feild and the more sales/marketing/executive experience you have the more likely you are to succeed.
If you do decide to and become licensed, make sure that you REALLY interview brokers. Find one that provides you with leads and good training.
Realestate notes and buyers are my interesed but i am tring to get my foot in the door without sending my money to one of those ‘CARLTON SHEETS" guys. Is there a way i can get into this profession without investing my money.Just my time?
Go to your local court house, research the real estate or "deed records for deeds of trust, mechanics liens, etc., pull the data off of the deeds of trust, ie., where the grantee or mortgagee is obviously not a lending institution, (owner financed notes), get the amount, terms, p/off, address, etc., to contact the holder of the note to negotiate a purchase….careful though…a venture is considered high risk if you do not know how to minimize and eliminate your risks..non performing notes are a joke
I’m searching realestate records for a paticular property in chicago ILL. in the area of ridgeway/armitage about the 3800 block of armitage & the 1300 block of ridgeway ave.
The best place to look is with the county property tax assessor’s office to find out about specific properties.
