If you have a contract to purchase realestate well below market value, how do you find investers that would be willing to assume the contract ?
The best place to find investors is to make contact with and join your local Real Estate Investors Club/organization. These people will try and assist you and could also provide you with names of investors who would possibly be interested.
Also contact Realtors and handymen involved in rehabbing in the area as they will know the investors who operate in an area.
